If you have a more difficult question or query, please write to us and we'll try to answer it for you as soon as we can - we expect to do this within 10 working days.
We may also be able to carry out more extensive research for you if you find that you're not able to visit our Reading Room in person and no digital copies are available to buy of the material you need to study.
