For 10+ year olds: A behind-the-scenes look at our archive store which houses Roald Dahl’s manuscripts and letters, with Enquiries Archivist, Jane Branfield.

For all ages: Hear about James and his magical, juicy adventure, then create a fantubulous character mask: you could be a scary Aunt, a wise old earthworm, a talented spider or even the hero himself, James!

For 6+ years: Storyteller Kate Corkery will entertain you with fantastic folk and fairy tales and magical myths and legends from the Irish tradition. She’ll also throw in some mind-boggling riddles, nutty nonsense songs and tricky tongue twisters to keep you on your toes.

For 6+ years: Come along and let slug fan, poet and guitarist James Carter first entertain you with a revolting range of potty poetry from his brand new collection Time Travelling Underpants Macmillan, August 2008) - and then it's time for you to pen your very own putrid poems with lots encouragement and top tips from James. Perfect for upsetting and generally annoying visitors at your summer barbeques. Horrible - but heaps of fun!
