World Teachers’ Day – free entry for teachers and a guest

Museum open 10am to 4.30pm (last admission 3.30pm).
Prices
Teachers and a guest are free with valid ID. Any other accompanying visitors will need to pay standard Museum entry.

Teachers get free entry for them and a guest to celebrate World Teacher Day
We’re celebrating World Teachers’ Day by giving teachers (+ a guest) free entry to the Museum on Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 October.
Bring the family to explore the galleries, pick up a self-led village walk and enjoy some Roald Dahl storytelling. You can also take part in drop-in crafts and make some LEGO creations.
Booking
Please download, print and fill out the online form below to book your free teacher (+ guest) ticket. Just bring the completed form and your teacher ID on the day.
We’ll need to collect a paper copy of the form from you to process your free tickets.
Please note, other members of your party will need to purchase Museum admission tickets. All activities are free with Museum entry.
The Filling-Station will be open for hot and cold drinks, snacks, sweet treats and kids lunchboxes.
