Join in with BSL interpreted storytelling from George's Marvellous Medicine
Head to our Wondrous Woods room to experience our expert storytellers read from George’s Marvellous Medicine. Their energetic rendition will cause a stir as you discover the secret medicine George is making for his Grandma. There’ll be actions and props thrown into the mix as well as some very special illustrations used in the 1985 Jackanory episode of the book.
This session will be BSL interpreted by Helen, who is BSL Level 6 qualified.
BSL walks
You can also join in with BSL guided village walks on the day. Head over to the BSL walks listing to find out more.
BSL in the galleries
While you’re here don’t miss our BSL gallery content. There are Signly markers around the Museum which display BSL interpretation on a smart phone. Simply scan the QR code on each marker to access this. There’s free WiFi in the Museum, you’ll see the password on posters throughout the site.
