Back
Learn about the book Matilda, and then get stuck in with clay!

Sculpt a character out of clay, either a big baddie or a small hero! Just like Miss Trunchbull and Matilda. You’ll learn about the characters in the story before you get stuck in, then take time to model your statue. And don’t worry, we’ll do the tidying up!

Workshop lasts about 45 minutes and you’ll be provided with all the resources and equipment you need. The clay is air-drying so you’ll be able to take it home with you on the day. Adults are welcome to help children with their creations, or pay to make their own — go on, you know you want to!
