The walk leads you out of the Museum and across fields and into the woods on unmade paths that are uneven and muddy.

To book online, first select your Museum admission. You’ll then be given the option to add any workshops running that day.
Book todayHead off with a Museum guide into the countryside that inspired so many of the books.
You;ll visit the woods that inspired Danny the Champion of the World and Fantastic Mr Fox and walk the same paths that Roald did. On the way you’ll use a magnifying glass and see if you can find some of James’ insect friends on your travels.
